Gulf & Bay Cleaning Co. is licensed and insured, and we send the certificate to your landlord or property manager before the first visit, naming them as additional insured when the lease requires it. For buildings with vendor registration, freight elevator windows or badge access, we complete that process ahead of time.
Yes. We clean medical, dental, physical therapy and veterinary offices with a routine that covers exam tables, chair arms, counters, restrooms and waiting rooms with disinfectants suited to healthcare settings. We do not handle sharps or regulated medical waste. Those stay with your licensed hauler, and we work around the containers.
Only the crew lead assigned to your location and our office. Keys are labeled by code, never by address, and stored in a locked cabinet. Codes are shared verbally to the crew lead rather than written on paper. If someone leaves our team, we tell you right away so you can decide whether to change the code.
Either way works. Many offices buy consumables through their own vendor and we restock from your closet. If you would rather not manage it, we can add paper towels, tissue, hand soap and liners to the service and keep them stocked, with usage reported so you always know what is on hand.
