Yes. Most of our Miramar clients are at work during the visit. We agree on how the crew gets in, whether a lockbox, garage code or a neighbor, and how the house is secured when we leave. The same team comes each time, and you get a message when they finish.
We do. Commercial cleaning there runs on a nightly or weekly schedule agreed with the facility manager, with a written scope, a consistent crew and access coordinated with building security. Post-construction cleaning after a suite build-out is available as a one-time job.
Newer homes hide dust well. Builder-grade grout stains early, drywall dust settles in vents and closets for years, and lanai corners grow mildew every rainy season. A deep clean once or twice a year resets all of that, and recurring visits keep it from coming back.
