Customers judge a business by its floors, its glass and its restroom before they judge anything else. Gulf & Bay Cleaning Co. keeps commercial spaces opening-ready every morning with scheduled cleaning that fits around your hours, whether that is nightly for a restaurant, three nights a week for a salon or a Saturday visit for a church that fills up on Sunday. You open the door and the place is ready. That is the entire job.

Every kind of space has a different definition of clean. A restaurant front of house means the dining room, host stand, restrooms and entry glass, with the kitchen left to your own closing crew. A salon means hair and product residue on floors, chairs and mirrors. A gym means equipment wiped down, rubber floors and mats cleaned, and locker rooms that do not smell like a locker room. A showroom lives on spotless glass and floors. Warehouse offices need dust control and a break room someone actually wants to eat in. Schools and churches need classrooms, restrooms and fellowship halls turned around between groups. We build the checklist for the space, not the other way round.

South Florida foot traffic brings its own problems. Sand and rain come through the door on Las Olas, Fifth Avenue South and Ocean Drive all year, and salt air films storefront glass along A1A within days. Restrooms in a strip plaza on Pines Boulevard or US-41 fight humidity every night. Hurricane season adds pre-storm prep, moving displays and mats away from glass, and post-storm cleanup once power is back. Tile and terrazzo floors need regular machine scrubbing to hold their shine under that kind of use.

Because we are based in Clewiston, in the middle of the state, our routes run to both coasts. A company with a shop in Doral and another in Fort Myers can have both cleaned by the same crew standard, with one contact and one invoice. Tell us the square footage, the number of restrooms and the schedule you need, and we give a firm price per location before we start. Insurance certificates go to the landlord, the crew brings its own equipment, and floor care, glass and restroom restock are all on the same list.

FAQ

Common questions

What types of businesses do you clean?

Retail stores, restaurant front of house, salons and barbershops, gyms and studios, car and furniture showrooms, warehouse offices, churches, private schools and daycares. If your space has floors, glass and a restroom that the public sees, it fits our routes. Tell us what the space is and we will build the checklist around it.

Can you clean multiple locations on both coasts?

Yes. Our base in Clewiston sits between the Gulf and the Atlantic, and our routes reach Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Lee and Collier counties. Multi-location clients get the same checklist at every site, one contact for scheduling and one invoice. Each location is priced on its own, so nothing is averaged or hidden.

Do you clean restaurant kitchens?

We clean the front of house: dining room, bar tops, host stand, restrooms, entry glass and floors. Commercial kitchen hoods, grease traps and cooking lines require specialized equipment and certifications, so those stay with a hood-cleaning contractor and your closing crew. We can coordinate our visit so the whole restaurant is ready at once.

What floor care is included?

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming are on every visit. Machine scrubbing of tile and terrazzo, carpet extraction and burnishing of polished floors are scheduled on a rotation that fits the traffic your space gets, from monthly to quarterly. We include that rotation in the firm price so it is not a separate surprise later.

Can you help before and after a hurricane?

Yes. Before a storm we help move mats, displays and loose items away from glass and clear outdoor areas. After the storm, once the building is safe and power is back, we handle debris inside, wet-floor cleanup and a full sanitizing pass so you can reopen. Existing clients get priority on our post-storm schedule.
