Wellington has two calendars. From January through April the Winter Equestrian Festival and the polo season fill Palm Beach Polo, the Aero Club, Saddle Trail and the farms along Pierson Road and Lake Worth Road with owners, riders, grooms and guests. The rest of the year it is a large suburban town of family neighborhoods: Olympia, Versailles, Binks Forest, the Isles. Gulf & Bay Cleaning Co. works both calendars, and the jobs look nothing alike.
Season work is estate cleaning. A house that sat closed since April needs a deep cleaning before the family lands: every surface, inside cabinets, AC vents, the pool cage and lanai furniture, the guest wing that has not been opened in months. Once people are in residence we run weekly or twice-weekly service, often around a show schedule that changes daily. Barn apartments and staff quarters on the property get their own turnover cleaning as grooms and riders rotate through. In April it runs in reverse: a close-up clean, appliances emptied, linens stripped, everything ready to sit until next winter.
Year-round, the work is family homes. Wellington houses are big — four bedrooms, a loft, a three-car garage, a screened pool — and they gather dust from the open land to the west and pollen from the oaks and pines. Regular residential cleaning on a bi-weekly schedule keeps that manageable. Landlords with rentals in Olympia and Versailles book move-in / move-out cleaning between tenants, and the offices and medical suites around Wellington Green and State Road 7 use our office cleaning on an evening schedule.

Yes. Send us the arrival date and access details and we do a full deep cleaning a few days before: cabinets and closets inside, appliances, vents and fans, pool cage, lanai furniture, guest rooms. Many families then keep us on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule through April.
We do. Groom apartments, rider housing and guest wings get turnover cleaning whenever someone moves in or out during the season, and regular service in between. We stay out of the barn aisles and tack rooms unless you ask, and we work around feeding and training hours.
