Recurring house cleaning only works if the result is the same every time. That is the whole point of a schedule. Gulf & Bay Cleaning Co. cleans houses, condos and apartments on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rotation, and every visit follows the same written checklist. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors get the same attention on the tenth visit as on the first. We send the same crew whenever we can, so they learn your home, your preferences and the corners that need extra time.

South Florida homes get dirty in their own way. Humidity feeds mildew on grout, shower doors and the caulk around tubs. Sand comes in from the beach, the dog park and the kids’ cleats and settles into tile grout and under rugs. Pet hair collects along baseboards and behind furniture, while pollen and dust from the new house going up next door coat window sills and ceiling fan blades. A cleaning that ignores those realities looks fine for a day. Ours is built around them, from tile and terrazzo floors to the screened lanai off the living room.

Condos and apartments bring their own rules. Many buildings in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Naples and Fort Myers require vendor registration, proof of insurance or a specific service elevator. We handle that paperwork before the first visit and keep a copy on file for your property manager. If you are a seasonal resident, we can pause the schedule while you are away and do an open-up clean before you return, so the home is fresh the day you land.

Getting started is simple. Send a quote request through the form or reach us on WhatsApp. Tell us the size of the home, how often you want service and anything specific, like pets, allergies or a room you want left alone. We give a firm price before the first visit, not an estimate that grows later. The team is licensed, insured and bilingual in English and Spanish, and we bring our own supplies and equipment. Pick a frequency, and the rest of the visits take care of themselves.

FAQ

Common questions

How often should I schedule house cleaning in Florida?

Most families with kids or pets choose weekly or bi-weekly. Humidity, sand and pet hair build up faster here than in drier climates, so two weeks is usually the longest gap before bathrooms and floors start to show it. Couples and seasonal residents often do fine with monthly service plus a deep clean once or twice a year.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our recurring clients give us a key, a garage code or a lockbox, and condo clients usually leave a fob with the front desk. We log every entry and exit, send a note when the visit is done, and lock up exactly the way you asked. If you prefer to be home, that works too.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Every crew arrives with vacuums, mops, microfiber and the products we have tested on Florida tile, grout and stone. If you want us to use a specific product for allergies, pets or a sealed countertop, leave it out and tell us once. We note it on your checklist for every future visit.

Can you clean my condo if the building has vendor rules?

Yes. Many high-rise buildings on Brickell, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale beach and Naples require a certificate of insurance, vendor registration and use of the service elevator. We supply the paperwork before the first visit and follow the building schedule. Tell us the property manager contact and we will handle the rest.

What if I need to skip or move a visit?

Just message us. Recurring clients can move a visit for travel, guests or a hurricane warning with a day of notice, and snowbirds can pause service for the summer and restart with an open-up clean. Your slot and your crew stay assigned to you, so the schedule picks up where it left off.
